Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

For perfume and fragrance products, returns cannot be accepted if the product has been opened, used, sprayed, damaged by the customer, or is no longer in its original sealed packaging, unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us at rouhdubaiii@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, leaking, broken, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the case.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind and the item is eligible for return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used perfumes

• Products with broken seals or damaged original packaging

• Personalized or custom products

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
